Freeform (formerly ABC Family) is an American basic cable and satellite television channel that is owned by ABC Family Worldwide, a subsidiary of the Disney–ABC Television Group division of The Walt Disney Company. The channel primarily features series and movies aimed at teenagers and young adults – with some programming skewing towards young women – between the ages of 14 and 34, a target demographic designated by the channel as "becomers"; some programming featured on Freeform (primarily consisting of movies) is secondarily aimed at a family audience. Its programming includes contemporary off-network syndicated reruns and original series, feature films and made-for-TV original movies, and some religious programming.
